We work with small to large size businesses. Individual sessions can be charged hourly, or we offer very affordable subscription plans that can be paid monthly or annually.

No worries, most small tech issues can be fixed with me securely remoting into your mac or PC or logging into your cloud services, such as Microsoft Office 365 or Google’s GSuite.
We work with individuals and small businesses. Individual sessions are by the half hour or can be purchased under the annual plan very reasonably if you need ongoing support for your home office (managed services, and subscriptions).

Do you offer onsite IT Support?
Yep, we will come to you. mytechcoach makes office and house calls in the Concord/Manchester area. Whether you have office computers down, apps that will not work or databases and the like misbehaving, cloud services you cannot connect, or malware…we can help.

In addition to understanding tech and getting your project implemented or IT challenge solved, I love working with people. I am not a backroom geek, and I will do my best to understand what you need and make you comfortable.
I have over 20 years of experience and a Master’s degree in IT Business Management. Yes, I have certs too. I am Apple and Microsoft MCP certified. More to the point, I have been put through the test from eccentric people in the sticks of Vermont to small business owners with funky old PCs to large college campuses such as Dartmouth where I worked in IT for over five years.
